How to use the breath in YinYang Yoga?
Don't you worry about the breath
you do it unconsciously,
it happens by itself.
But whenever you think of it,
start with exhaling,
empty the room
open the windows
let fresh air
stream its way in,
cycle three conscious breaths,
exhaling twice as long as inhaling.
then forget it again.
do you do something
because you believe it helps you
or do you do it
because you tried it and it helped you?
and why in the first place you believe
without experiencing it on yourself?
or why do you believe in it
even when your experience
makes no difference?
other people's experience is different then yours
you can start trusting yourself
otherwise it will become just another religion
